If your copy requires edits or changes, please submit your requests via email within 7 days of delivery We provide one round of revisions for FREE.
This does NOT include edits or rewrites based on information that was not included in the original creative brief or additional supplemental materials that were not provided at the start of your project.
We provide all copy in an editable Google Sheets document so if the changes are minor, such as a word change or punctuation, you can copy and paste the text and make those changes yourself.
Typical edit turnaround time varies from 3-5 business days depending on the size and scope of the project.
*If you need additional revisions you will be charged our hourly agency rate of £120 an hour. We provide three rounds of revisions MAX (including the initial complimentary revisions).
In the unlikely event you're not happy with your copy, unfortunately we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your copy after our writers have made the initial round of complimentary revisions you can request additional revisions at our hourly rate of £120 per hour.
